MARV 2EX
The MARV 2EX is designed for continuous measurement of dust concentration in industrial processes saturated with moisture, such as after wet scrubbers or in condensing environments.
It provides isokinetic sampling, accurate linear measurement, and constant dust level monitoring up to 0.1 mg/m³.
The system features PLC and HMI visualization for easy parameterization and complies with legally regulated measuring instruments (Certificate No. UA.TR.001 46-19).

Applications
BFG (Blast Furnace Gas)
Measures dust concentration before reuse of gas in a boiler or gas turbine.
Conditions:
- Temperature: 80°C
- Humidity: 100%
BOF (Basic Oxygen Furnace)
Monitors dust emissions after wet scrubber cleaning or before reuse of converter gas in a boiler.
Conditions:
- Temperature: 70°C
- Pressure: 0.95–1.023 Bar Abs.
- Gas Velocity: 5–30 m/s
- Humidity: 100%
