MARV Ex IR
The MARV Ex IR is an all-in-one extractive, isokinetic, and temperature-controlled continuous monitoring system designed for precise measurement of dust concentration, moisture content, and gas composition in industrial stacks.
It is suitable for both dry and wet processes and ensures reliable operation under harsh process and ambient conditions.
The system features a heated sampling probe to vaporize moisture, an air or nitrogen-purged optical sensor module, and an integrated PLC, all housed in a weather-proof, powder-coated steel enclosure.
Measurement is performed using optical forward scattering for dust detection and infrared absorption for moisture and gas composition analysis, enabling accurate and continuous emissions monitoring.
Key Features
- Simultaneous measurement of dust, moisture, and gas composition
- Heated sampling probe for continuous moisture vaporization
- Optical forward scattering dust measurement
- Infrared absorption measurement for moisture and gas composition
