MARV 2Ex IR
The MARV 2Ex IR is an all-in-one extractive, isokinetic, and temperature-controlled continuous monitoring system designed for simultaneous measurement of dust concentration, moisture content, and gas composition in industrial stacks located in explosive atmospheres.
Certified for ATEX Zone 1/2 applications, the system uses a nitrogen-heated sampling probe, nitrogen-purged optical sensor module, and an integrated PLC housed in a weather-proof, powder-coated steel enclosure.
A protective nitrogen overpressure prevents the formation of explosive gas atmospheres inside the analyzer.
Measurement is based on optical forward scattering for dust detection and infrared absorption for moisture and gas composition analysis, ensuring reliable and accurate monitoring in dry and wet process conditions.
Key Features
- ATEX-compliant design for Zone 1/2 explosive atmospheres
